Based in Nevada and Wyoming, Trevor Walch is the project manager and owner of Predator Control Corp, a company dedicated to protecting livestock by trapping and isolating predators such as wolves, coyotes, and more. Trevor Walch has donated to the Nevada Future Farmers of America (FFA) Foundation.
The Nevada FFA Foundation was established to promote agricultural education and provide financial resources that allow agricultural students to achieve personal growth and career success. The organization does this by offering an FFA officer-training curriculum called the State Officer Influence program. This curriculum comes in three parts: Blast Off, National Leadership Conference for State Officers (NLCSCO), and State Presidents’ Conference (SPC).
Blast off is a three-day event that intends to develop skills in life management, social skills, presentations, personal goals, and assessment. NLCSCO is a subsequent 3.5-day conference that focuses on developing team leadership, organizational issues, understanding of agriculture, and more. Finally, the SPC is an annually held weeklong conference offered to two-state officers per association and aims to build their skills even further.
